All-Digital by 2009 (TV)

Not that anyone who reads this would not have a dish or digital cable, but over-the-air tv is going to be phased out. Well, maybe not phased out, but discontinued. Evidentily there is money to be made on the radio frequencies being used. Check out the article by Yahoo! News.
